A preview of Saturday’s auction begins at 10 a.m. Friday at the store’s location on Millers Point Road in Sparta.
The U.S. Marshals Service auction will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Owner Jeff Gentry pleaded guilty to wire fraud and money laundering charges earlier this month. The U.S. Marshals service said the auction proceeds will help reimburse Gentry’s investor-victims, who were defrauded of some $10 million.
Gentry will be sentenced in November.
Gaston & Sheehan’s website states the company regularly administers auctions of seized property for the U.S. Marshals service.
