Volunteer Energy crews have made progress since sunrise restoring power across the Upper Cumberland.
As of 9:00am Sunday, 13,124 homes remain without power. The majority of those without power, more than 6,000, are in Cumberland County. Virtually all power has been restored in Overton County.
White County outages through Volunteer remain virtually unchanged at 1274. 1334 homes remain without power in Fentress County, mostly in the Clarkrange area.
Meantime, Caney Fork Electric took to social media Sunday morning asking for patience from customers, The utility noted extensive damage across the entire service area. Crews continue to work to restore power.
