Pickett School Board Race Decided By Two Votes, Parrott Retains Seat

In a race decided by just two votes, Pickett County School Board Member Travis Parrott will retain his District Three seat.

Parrot with 200 votes beat out challenger Gary Stover who received 198 votes. The unofficial results of a runoff election after the two candidates tied during the August election.
