PCSO Charges Two With Burglary And Arson

Putnam County authorities arrested two people Monday for charges related to a November 2018 fire.

Arrest warrants charge 28-year-old Tabatha Marie Shown and 53-year-old Kenneth Levon Teeples with arson and two counts of aggravated burglary.

A Putnam County Sheriff’s Office incident report listed Teeples and Shown as possible suspects in a November 25th fire that occurred on Cane Creek Road.

Officers had responded to the scene for reports of a residential fire. According to the report, fire department officials notified officers that the incident was possibly arson related.

Teeples was taken into custody around 6:30 p.m. Monday and issued a $50,000 bond. Shown was booked into the Putnam County Jail on $15,000 bond.

An initial court appearance will take place January 22nd.
