Overton County Man Charged With Statutory Rape

Clay County Authorities have arrested a 24-year-old Overton County man for allegedly having inappropriate relations with a 15-year-old girl.

Joshua T. Fraley of Hilham is charged with statutory rape. He’s also facing additional charges of solicitation of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
