At least one person suffered injuries after a vehicle crashed in White County Thursday evening.
The accident happened on Highway 111 North, just past the O’Connor exit.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol confirms that a helicopter airlifted one person to Nashville’s Skyline Medical Center. That person has not been identified.
The northbound lanes remain closed. Southbound lanes have reopened.
The crash remains under investigation.
