Crossville voted to keep one city council member and bring in one new member as J.H. Graham III is unseated Tuesday night.
Newcomer R.J. Crawford will join incumbent Scot Shanks, who came out on top in the pool of four candidates. Shanks led the vote total with 1,972 votes, Crawford was right behind Shanks with 1,847 votes, taking Graham III’s place.
Graham III received the third highest vote total with 1,638 and Ralph Randall Regan finished fourth with 1,236.
In total, 32,593 votes were cast in Cumberland County, resulting in a turnout of 72.29 percent of voters. There are 45,088 registered voters in the county.
