The trial for an elderly Crossville man charged with gunning down his estranged wife and her friend will take place this spring.
Attorneys have announced an April 14 trial date for Warren John Nostrom. Authorities have accused the 75-year-old of shooting 58-year-old Joy Nostrom and 54-year-old Mark Gunter. The incident happened at the Cumberland County school bus garage in September 2018.
Nostrom faces two counts of first degree murder.
Judge Gary McKenzie originally scheduled the trial for October 29. He pushed back the date because of a scheduling conflict with a witness.
