The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported no injuries after a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 40 eastbound in Putnam County Friday.
Officials said the accident occurred when 23-year-old Bryce Paul Conway’s 2002 Saturn rear-ended a 2014 Subaru Forester.
A THP crash report said the Subaru came to a stop when traffic began to slow at the 295 mile marker. Conway, of Clevelan, Tn, was unable to stop before colliding with the rear of the Subaru.
The report said Conway received a citation for due care.
