No Arrests After Softball Brawl In Cookeville

Cookeville Police responded to Cane Creek Sports Plex Saturday after a group of men began fighting.

According to Cookeville Police, a fight broke out between several men on different softball teams. Cookeville Police Captain Bobby Anderson said officers did not make any arrests and only minor injuries occurred.

A video of the incident appeared to show at least one man using a bat to strike another individual and several punches being thrown.

Anderson said he wasn’t sure what caused the fight.
