Renee Cantrell has been announced as the new principal at Capshaw Elementary School.
Cantrell brings 22 years of experience in elementary education, serving as assistant principal at Park View Elementary School for the last two years. Before Cantrell’s time as a kindergarten, first grade and third grade teacher at Park View Elementary.
The principal position opened up when Dr. Diana Wood took over as Pre-K-4th Grade Instructional Supervisor for the Putnam County School System. Wood served as principal of Capshaw Elementary for two years.
