MSW Home Solutions of Crossville Faces Multiple Fraud Charges

Multiple complaints filed this past week with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office charge MSW Home Solutions of Crossville with home-improvement service-provider fraud. According to the reports, dated September 26 through October 1, four Fairfield Glade homeowners signed contacts with the company and paid deposits ranging from $300 to $4,500. The contracts were dated March 28, April 26, July 10 and August 27, 2018.

The complaints state the company owner, Marshall Shane Ridley, age 49, received the payments and never started on any of the home-improvement projects. The company is now closed and Ridley subsequently filed for bankruptcy on its behalf September 9.

An investigation into these complaints is ongoing.
