Mountain Bike Trail Opens In Cumberland County

Cumberland Mountain State Park now has another recreational opportunity for visitors with the recent opening of the new Alley Cat Mountain Bike Trail.

The 1.5 mile beginner trail is now the first public access mountain bike trail in Cumberland County. Park officials said they have additional plans to build an intermediate-level extension in the near future.

Local donations helped fund the construction of the park, which began back in March.
