Strong winds Sunday evening led to some 4,000 Fentress County residents being without power.
Volunteer Energy reports major power outages in both the Jamestown and Clarkrange areas just before 8pm Sunday.
Cookeville Electric also reported outages in the Shag Rag Road and Old Kentucky Road area around 7:30pm Sunday night. Putnam County Emergency Management reported multiple trees down and outages across the county.
Overton County reported 16 downed trees as of 9pm with some 100 without power, according to Emergency Management.
A Wind Advisory remains in effect through 7am Monday morning. Winds in excess of 15-25mph with gusts up to 45mph are expected through the overnight hours. Wind gusts at Crossville between 7pm-8pm hit 28mph.
Flooding issues also surfaced in Cumberland County Sunday as heavy rains trained over the area through the evening. Shadberry Drive, Gray Fox Drive, and Pigeon Ridge Road all reported flooding.
