A two-vehicle crash on Highway 111 Tuesday morning caused minor injuries.
26-year-old Jose Felipe of Monterey transported to Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Felipe was crossing Highway 111 from South Maple Avenue when he pulled in front of 57-year old David Donald Eastes of Sparta. Eastes travelling north on highway 111.
Felipe charged by the Tennessee Highway Patrol with driving without a license and failure to yield.
