Middle Tennessee Natural Gas locations across the Upper Cumberland have closed its lobbies and showrooms to public traffic until further notice.
Bills can be paid at our office drop-boxes or drive-up windows, by mail, phone or electronically. The drive-up window will be open 8am-5pm as normal. Employees will be on hand 24-hours a day to assist with critical calls.
“Safety-related calls will be handled per our normal operating procedures,” Middle Tennessee Natural Gas Director of HR & Communications Cliff Swoape said. “However, we ask for all customers to cooperate and to let us know if any individual within the home or business is ill, so that our personnel can be prepared when responding to the call.”
In addition, the utility has suspended and rescheduled non-critical appliance installs and suspended its meter change-out program.
