McMinnville PD To Step Up Traffic Patrols

Warren County has suffered 16 traffic fatalities this year, which is eight more than this time last year.

Officials with the McMinnville Police Department have plans to hopefully reduce the number of crashes during the last month of the year.

Police Chief Bryan Denton said he plans to have more officers watching for speed, occupant protection, and distracted driving violations this month.

Region-wide the Upper Cumberland has suffered a total of 86 traffic fatalities this year, which is 15 more than this time last year.
