A 19-year-old McMinnville man has died following a Tuesday car crash near El Paso Texas.
Stankeevian Winbley was killed when a car struck him on the side of the road near Interstate 10.
Authorities say Wimbley’s Chrysler SUV was being towed when the strap broke and left the car stranded in the roadway. Wimbley attempted to push the car to the side of road when another vehicle slammed into the SUV and ran over Wimbley.
Authorities pronounced Wimbley dead at the scene. No charges were filed in the incident.
