A Cumberland County man charged with shooting two men last week will appear in general sessions court next month.
The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office charged 24-year-old Jonathan David Picard with aggravated assault. He allegedly shot and wounded 35-year-old Joshua Lawrence Houston and 38-year-old Marvin Joe-Lee Randolph.
The shooting happened February 11 off Highway 70 North near the Crossville Stock Barn.
Picard has already posted $15,000 bond. His March 16 court date will determine if he needs the court to appoint an attorney to represent him in the case.
