Authorities released a statement saying 32-year-old Lorenzo Brown is wanted for attempted homicide.
Officers who arrived on scene report 21-year-old Jessie Palmer was found on Lyndon Street with a gunshot wound and transported to River Park Hospital. Palmer has since been flown to a critical care hospital for further treatment.
An investigation revealed Brown as the shooter as authorities have active warrants for his arrest.
Anyone with information concerning Brown’s location should contact McMinnville Police. Authorities report Brown may be armed and dangerous.
