DeKalb County authorities have arrested a man for a Halloween night shooting that left one man dead.
Albert Wayne Fisher Jr. faces a charge of second degree murder in the shooting death of Tyler Durden.
The incident happened on Eckels Heights Street in Liberty just after 6 p.m. Warrants accuse Fisher of shooting Durden in the chest with a handgun.
A press release said Durden died from a gunshot wound at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Fisher remains behind bars at the DeKalb County Jail on $500,000 bond. He has a court date set for November 7.
