A man accused of killing a Crossville Police K-9 Officer appeared in general sessions court today.
28-year-old Dustin L. Dixon remains held in the Cumberland County Jail under $246,000 bond. That bond amount will remain the same following a request from the District Attorney’s Office.
Today Judge Larry Warner appointed Dixon to be defended by the public defenders and set his next court date for September 7th.
Dixon is charged with intentional killing of a domestic animal, felony aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, evading arrest, felony theft and DUI.
