A stroke of luck in Cumberland County leaves one Powerball player $250,000 richer.
The Powerball player matched four out of five white numbers and the red Powerball. The player had their $50,000 prize quintupled because they chose the Power Play feature, and the number five was drawn.
The winning ticket was sold at D&R Convenience Store in Crossville. The current Powerball jackpot is estimated at $55 million.
