On today’s Local Matters…George Halford meets with Mark Odom, a Marketing and Infrastructure Consultant for the Rogers Group that has been involved in different areas of the Upper Cumberland. Mark discusses a co-op he was apart of with McDowell Road Builders, his family’s involvement in Upper Cumberland basketball from Tennessee Tech to the AAU level, and the new TDOT modernization fund that will help Putnam County improve roads.
