The Livingston Academy Wildcats return to Tom Davis Memorial Stadium this Friday night.
The stadium has been closed due to renovations happening over the last year. Head Coach Dale Flatt said the new bleachers have been installed meaning fans will be welcomed back.
“I’m pretty confident in saying that,” Flatt said. “I’ve talked to those guys that are working on that, and they said it should be ready. Looking forward to having a home game. We haven’t’ had a home game in about a year and a half now.”
The team has been playing home games at Tucker Stadium since the 2021 season. Flatt said the players are excited for the return. They will host Macon County.
The renovations also include new lighting, restroom facilities, parking, sidewalks and scoreboard.
