A fresh look and a more user-friendly experience highlight Link Connect, the new school nutrition portal being used in the Putnam County Schools.
School Nutrition Program Supervisor Jennifer Mitchell said the new site replaces the Titan Family Portal. Mitchell said parents can use the system to check balances and make online payments for student meal accounts.
“You are still able to set up online payments, one time payment, recurring payments,” Mitchell said. “You can view your students, daily transactions. Can transfer funds between students, and you can even set up a low balance reminder so that you can put money into your student’s account.”
Mitchell said parents can download the Link Connect app at the Apple Store or Google Play.
“You will need that new app or the website to get started and then you will also need to have your students or your child’s student ID,” Mitchell said. “And also make sure that it is Putnam County, Tennessee.”
Mitchell said the app will provide parents more information and ease of access.
