Cumberland County deputies have arrested a Knoxville man for allegedly committing child sex crimes.
A grand jury indictment charges 22-year-old Isaac Benjamin Carreras with rape of a child, rape, and statutory rape. According to court documents, the alleged incident took place in January 2018 and involved two victims under the age of 15-years-old.
Deputies arrested Carreras at the Anderson County Jail on Monday. He has an arraignment hearing scheduled for March 23.
