A Jamestown woman suffered injuries during a single-vehicle crash in Putnam County Monday.
The accident happened on State Highway 62 West. The Tennessee Highway Patrol identified the injured driver as 70-year-old Janet Schwartz.
A crash report said Schwartz traveled off the right side of the roadway after losing control of her 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. Her vehicle proceeded to strike an embankment before rolling onto the passenger side where it came to a final rest.
State troopers said family members transported the woman for medical treatment.
