The Jackson County Health Department will offer COVID-19 testing Friday from 9am to 3pm.
Testing will be offered on a drive-thru basis at the Health Department, 600 North Murray Street in Gainesboro. The testing will be drive-thru for anyone concerned that they might be experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, coughing, and shortness of breath. The tests are free.
The Putnam County Health Department will also have expanded testing Friday from 9am to 3pm at the office just off Willow Avenue.
