Jack White To Host Concert Event At Cumberland Caverns

Tennessee’s latest Snapchat Concert Series will be going underground with a one-of-a-kind experience inside the Volcano Room at Warren County’s Cumberland Caverns.

McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce President Mandy Eller said the September 29th concert will feature Third Man Record’s Founder and White Stripes Frontman Jack White.

“It’s wonderful news and we are very excited to have new talent coming into out community,” Eller said. “We’ve had Bluegrass  Underground at the cave, but the is a whole set of different talent coming in.”

Tickets to the underground show will be free and available exclusively through Tennessee’s Snapchat. Only 333-tickets will be available.

Cumberland Caverns is the second longest cave in Tennessee and, until recently, was home to the award-winning live music event Bluegrass Underground. The Volcano Room at Cumberland Caverns was ranked No. 2 in Southwest: The Magazine’s The 10 Best Places to See Live Music list in 2016 – edging out Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, which took the third spot on the list.

“The Soundtrack of America. Made in Tennessee” Snapchat Concert Series launched in 2016 with Garth Brooks, who teamed up with the state to tell the story and celebrate with a free show for more than 15,000 fans.
