High School Report Cards Delayed In Cumberland County

High school students in Cumberland County won’t receive their report cards Friday.

The Cumberland County Board of Education released a statement Thursday stating high school report cards would be held because the state hasn’t released scores from the End of Course exams yet.

End of Course exams are given in grades 9-11 at the end of some English, math, science and history classes. They serve as TCAP assessments at the high school level.

Students in grades K-8 will receive report cards as scheduled Friday.
