Grand Jury Indicts Two in Senior Lifestyles Case

The Putnam County Grand Jury indicted former Senior Lifestyles Operator and Co-Owner Stephanie Butler on several charges Wednesday.

An investigation by the TBI led authorities to believe Butler, 44, and 36-year-old Brian Richey, a former nurse practitioner at the facility, were responsible for the financial exploitation of several elderly patients at the facility.

The investigation also revealed both Butler and Richey took prescription drugs from patients for personal use as well.
