Jeff Gentry has entered a plea of guilty to the charges of wire fraud and money laundering.
Gentry pleaded guilty this afternoon in a federal courtroom in Nashville. His case centered around his role in a $43 million ponzi-type-scheme. Authorities said he used his Sparta-based businesses to bilk investors out of some $10 million .
A judge has scheduled a November 27th sentencing date.
He faces up to 20-years in prison on each count and monetary fines.
