Four Inmates Charged After Setting Fire To Jail Window

Authorities have charged four Putnam County Jail inmates with aggravated arson.

Authorities said security footage shows the men setting fire to a jail window on Saturday. All four inmates are charged with aggravated arson and they have bond amounts set at $50,000.

The inmates were identified as 30-year-old James Harris, 30 of Cookeville, 26-year-old Travis Davenport of Smithville, 37-year-old Andrew Dailey of Livingston and 42-year-old Dewey Farley of Crossville.
