Former Cumberland Solid Waste Director Found Guilty On Federal Charges

Former Cumberland County Solid Waste Director Mike Harvel was found guilty Thursday on nine of 10 federal charges.

The guilty verdict contained multiple counts of violation of rights under the color of law. These included felony kidnapping and bodily injury, felony aggravated sexual abuse, and aggravated sexual abuse.
