The Fentress County Sheriff’s Department and Jamestown Police arrested a fugitive Thursday.
Jackie Foster, 30, of Deer Lodge, Tenn., was found in the attic of a home on Clark Street in Jamestown. A K-9 officer was sent into the attic and Foster was arrested without incident.
A written statement from the FCSD states Foster was wanted on Fentress County warrants. He is also a registered sex offender.
Officers also arrested Elizabeth Rigney, 29. She was at the residence when officers arrived. Warrants were also active on Rigney, according to the statement.
