Fentress County Man Returns To Court For Murder

A Fentress County man will return to court Monday to face a first-degree murder charge.

38-year-old Wayne Ellis Kassow  stands accused of fatally stabbing Mark Jennings in April 2019.

The Fentress County Sheriff’s office found Jennings’ body at a Casto Knepp Road residence in Jamestown.

The TBI arrested Kassow after agents collected information connecting him to the crime.

A grand jury issued indictments charging Kassow with first-degree murder.
