One person has died following a two vehicle crash on Fentress County’s Highway 52 Thursday.
Authorities have identified the deceased as 82-year-old Robert L. Bunch.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said Bunch suffered fatal injuries when his 2013 Dodge van was struck head on by a 2008 Chevrolet truck driven by 37-year-old Stanley D. Hull. Authorities said the collision occurred when Hull’s vehicle crossed the center line.
72-year-old Callie S. Bunch was a passenger in Bunch’s van and was airlifted to U.T. Medical Center for treatment. Hull received treatment at a local hospital.
