Putnam County – American Legion Scholarship Opportunity

Putnam County – The American Legion is seeking high schools students 9th-12th grade to participate in the 2020 High School Oratorical Scholarship Program. A constitutional speech program, students will be asked to give a prepared speech on some aspect of the Constitution of the United States, with emphasis on the duties and obligations of a citizen to our country.
