Operation Lift Spirits Presented By The American Legion Post 46

During the holiday season many of our warriors are deployed far from home in operations around the globe or are seeking treatment in VA facilities in TN. American Legion Post 46 and the American Legion Auxiliary are putting together Operation: Lift Spirits which consists of collecting cards and letters and sending them to our deployed soldiers and to our soldiers/veterans in Military/VA Hospitals. Please consider bringing hope and holiday cheer to those who are currently serving our Nation, or who have served in the past. If you are interested in lifting their spirits you can help by depositing cards or letters into collection boxes at the following locations by December 13th: The Herald Citizen, Middle Tennessee Credit Union, Wilson Co Bank & Trust, Office Max, and any Post Office in Putnam County (please tell them it is for Operation: Lift Spirits).
