Oneida – Solar Viewing and Night Sky Program Presented By Big South Fork will take place on Saturday, October 26th at 2pm and 7pm in the parking lot of the Bandy Creek Visitor Center. Come explore one of Big South Fork’s most valuable resources, the night sky! Paul Lewis of University of Tennessee, along with amateur astronomy enthusiasts from across the region, will be there to find and describe the most fascinating stellar objects in the night sky. Telescopes will be set up for sky observations. Please bring a blanket or chair for comfortable seating.
