The Fentress County Chamber will once again be hosting the Annual Scarecrow Contest! Local businesses are invited to set up a scarecrow display that is visible from the road for judges to see. The contest will begin on October 17th with judging starting November 1st, so make sure your application form and $20 entry fee is turned in by October 17th!
