Granville – Heritage Day Granville Presented By Historic Granville Saturday, July 11th from Heritage Day in Granville is the largest festival of the year for the city. A large Antique Car Show, Antique Tractor Show with craft booths, food and craft vendors and lots of music, including the Uncle Jimmy Thompson Bluegrass Contest.

Celebrating the 22nd annual Heritage Day Festival, it’s described as a “Mayberry Block Party” with an antique car and tractor show, parade, activities for the children …it’s an all day celebration. Bluegrass music will be featured on the Pruett Stage of the Sutton Homeplace with a mid day Uncle Jimmy Thompson Grand Champion Fiddle Competition. Band Schedule:
