Crossville – Oktoberfest and More Hosted By The Art Circle Public Library on September 25th from noon to 1pm. The German festival known as Oktoberfest is one of the oldest and largest festivals in the world! Come enjoy the fun as the Plateau Old Time German Band (part of the Cumberland County Community Band), plays popular Oktoberfest music and more! This event is free and open to the public.
