Cookeville-How Well Do You Know The US Constitution?

American Legion Post 46 conduct a Constitutional Speech Competition for 4th to 8th grade students of Putnam County on November 6, 2021 at 9:00 am at the Putnam County Courthouse, Cookeville.

All public, private, and home school students are eligible to participate by giving a 6-8 minute speech on the Constitution of the United States. Please come and support our best and brightest Elementary and Middle School students.
