Cookeville – Community Survey Presented By The Cookeville Leisure Services Department will be taking a public information survey all thru the month of March.  The City of Cookeville is collecting public input through an online survey for the development of a systemwide recreation master plan that will help guide the Cookeville Leisure Services Department for the next 10 years. Please help us to encourage everyone to take a few minutes to complete this survey so their thoughts and ideas will be known.
