The agency said Lachlan Thomas Capo was last seen on Wednesday with Margot Walker.
Walker may be driving a blue 2002 Volvo or Black 2002 Volvo.
Residents should call 1-800-TBI-Find if they have any information about the whereabouts of Walker or the baby.
