Duncan To Serve District 2 Commission Seat

The Putnam County Commission has selected Bob Duncan to fill the vacant District 2 seat.

Duncan replaces Scott Stevens, who resigned last month as part of a plea deal in a criminal theft case.

Duncan is no stranger of serving the county commission. He chose to not run for re-election in 2014 after serving more than 10 years as a commissioner.

Duncan will serve out the remaining month’s of Stevens term and he does not plan to run for office in 2018.
