Thirteenth Judicial District Attorney General Bryant Dunaway has been elected to the state’s District Attorneys General Conference Executive Committee.
In this role, Dunaway will have a voice in the overall administration of justice in the courts of Tennessee. Dunaway was voted in by fellow members of the general conference.
“It is an honor to work for the people of my judicial district to keep our citizens safe and hold criminal offenders in our community accountable,” Dunaway said in a release. “I also appreciate the opportunity to serve in this statewide leadership role to fight for public safety for all Tennesseans.”
Dunaway was elected District Attorney General for the 13th Judicial District on August 7, 2014 and assumed the office on September 1, 2014. The Office of the District
Attorney General for the 13th Judicial District serves 7 counties in the Upper Cumberland.
