A Burkesville, Kentucky truck driver was cited after rolling a log truck negotiating a curve in Jackson County Monday morning.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, 51-year-old Gregory Gen Muse attempted to turn right from Highway 85 onto Highway 53 when his truck tipped over.
The truck came to a rest on the left side of the road. Muse was not injured in the accident but was cited for failure to exercise due care and financial responsibility.
